Season Calendar

High Season	January 6 – April 15, 2027  |  December 1–19, 2027
Low Season	April 16 – November 30, 2027
Peak Season	December 20, 2027 – January 5, 2028

Extra Person & Children Charges

Includes breakfast.

• Children (0–5 years): No room charge.
• Children (6–12 years): Surcharge of $15.00 + 13% IVA per night in any room type.
• Additional Adult: $35.00 + 13% IVA per night.

Mandatory Gala Dinners

• Christmas — Dec 24–25: $65 + 23% tax per person.
• New Year's Eve — December 31: $80 + 23% tax per person.

Minimum Stay

• High & Low Season: Minimum 2 nights.
• Peak Season: Minimum 3 nights.

Cancellation Policy

All cancellations must be submitted in writing by email to reservations@tabuliatree.com.

• High & Low Season: Cancellations from 30 to 0 days before arrival carry a 100% penalty (non-refundable).
• Peak Season: Cancellations from 60 to 0 days before arrival carry a 100% penalty (non-refundable).
