Yes. Booking directly through us always guarantees the best available rate. Direct bookings also allow us to personalize your stay before arrival.
How far in advance should I book?
During high season (December to April) we recommend booking at least 4–6 weeks in advance, as rooms — particularly the Deluxe Ocean View — fill quickly. During the green season (May to November) availability is more flexible, though we always recommend booking at least 1–2 weeks ahead to secure your preferred room type.
Does Tabulia Tree Hotel offer airport transfers?
Yes. We can arrange private airport transfers from San José (SJO) to the hotel. The drive takes approximately 3 hours and passes through the central highlands before descending to the Pacific coast. Can I book activities and tours through the hotel?

Yes. Free parking is available on-site for all guests. The hotel uses electric carts to transport guests between the parking area and rooms — no need to walk with luggage.

Standard check-in is from 3:00 PM and check-out is by 11:00 AM. Early check-in and late check-out may be available subject to room availability — please contact us in advance via WhatsApp and we'll do our best to accommodate your schedule.
